Required Skills: •Support implementation and enforcement of TDSI’s physical security compliance program, policies, and procedures, in coordination with the Corporate FSO or Security Manager. •Oversee day-to-day recordkeeping/logging, reporting, access/visitor management, and other administrative requirements under the NISPOM. •Serve as liaison to physical security vendors and service providers in support of TDSI’s physical security needs. •Coordinate physical security vulnerability assessments. •Assist in conducting and coordinating NISPOM self-assessments, audits, and DCSA site assessments. •Partner cross-functionally with TDSI’s Information Technology (IT) Department to ensure security specific network connectivity. •Drive enforcement of TDSI visitor control policies and oversee badging of employees and visitors. •Support operation and maintenance of TDSI physical security systems; video cameras, badge readers, biometric scanners and alarm systems, for all TDSI facilities nationwide. Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance upon hire. •Excellent verbal and written communications.
