Hiring: Phlebotomy Supervisor Company: TridentCare Location: West Sacramento, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 13:52:32 About the job Required Skills: •Oversees phlebotomy operations and personnel on all shifts including scheduling available staff in an efficient manner. •Communicate Facility Concerns to Area managers •Interface directly with Area Managers and other Field personnel in such a way as to provide excellent customer service. •Must be able to work under minimal supervision and accurately maintain time records. •Regularly reviews phlebotomy competency, providing training, skills assessment and in-service education of assigned staff as required. •Monitoring STAT’s, Peak & Trough and after hours specimen collection. •Interacts with Phlebotomy Manager and Laboratory Director to ensure that these personnel are trained in such a way as to provide phlebotomy services satisfactorily and within local, state and federal regulations. •Prepares and evaluates reports indicating phlebotomy production progress.
