Required Skills: •Develops a working knowledge of personal lines auto, homeowners, fire, and excess liability and boat coverages for all states and multiple carriers. •Develops a working knowledge of all entry and rating procedures and requirements for above coverages. •Enters all activities within the Applied Agency system and completes daily activates within required deadline. •Receives claims for insureds who need Japanese interpretation. Forwards information to claims handling offices. Follows-up where necessary. •Answers incoming phone calls, faxes and email inquiries from customers/agents for quotations, policy changes, and cancellations. Interprets policy information. •This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
