Required Skills: •Essenti a l Dutie s a Ndresponsibilitie s • Provide direct supervision and oversight for the regional project analytics and business analytics teams. • Manage/develop models for reporting operational KPIs and information flow into weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports including utilization, project cost analysis, customer specific KPIs, etc. • Support regional project analytics coordinators’ development of intel for monthly leadership reports and to aid understanding and articulation of business drivers and performance. • Lead the analysis of current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, direct costs, expenses, and capital expenditures for the assigned regions. • Oversee and manage the development of region budgeting, financial forecasting, operational planning, and modeling tools. • Develop and maintain processes that enable interaction with corporate systems and applications • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal customers (e.g., RVPs, BMs, RBSMs, RTCs, FP&A, etc.) ensuring timely communication and responsiveness.
