Required Skills: •Under the direction of the Executive Chef and Performance Dietitians, the Performance Sous Chef contributes directly to player health, recovery, and performance by developing and executing nutritionally optimal meals, snacks, and beverages, while maintaining culinary excellence and operational efficiency. •Partner with the Executive Chef, sports dietitians, and performance staff to develop and execute nutrient-dense menus that support football player performance, recovery, body composition, and overall well-being. •Prepare individualized meals based on player-specific nutrition and performance goals, including return-to-play and health-focused protocols. •Create innovative, athlete-focused meals that balance optimal nutrition with flavor, variety, presentation, and player preferences. •Maintain accurate recipes, menus, and macro- and micronutrient information within TeamWorks Nutrition. •Support pre-game meals, snacks, travel and hotel meal needs, and other performance-fueling initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with sports dietitians and performance professionals to adjust menu offerings based on athlete needs and relevant health and performance metrics. •Stay current on sports nutrition and culinary trends to continually enhance the athlete dining and fueling experience. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of the nutritional and fueling demands of elite athletes, particularly as they relate to performance, recovery, and overall health. •Strong knowledge of dietary restrictions, allergens, food safety, and modern culinary techniques. •Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Food Science, or related degree preferred. •Current food safety certification required. •Curious about Life at Levy?
