Required Skills: •Lead the architecture and technical design of PeopleSoft HCM solutions. •Provide technical leadership across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor. •Design scalable PeopleSoft customizations, integrations, interfaces, reports, and conversions. •Provide guidance around PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and related PeopleSoft technologies. •Review existing solutions and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and maintainability. •Work closely with functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and federal stakeholders. •Support technical standards and best practices within a SAFe/Agile federal environment. •Mentor and provide technical direction to PeopleSoft development teams. Qualifications: •Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM. •Strong hands-on background with PeopleCode and Application Engine. •Previous experience defining technical architecture and providing technical leadership. •Must be a U.S. Citizen.
