Hiring: People Technology Senior Functional Specialist Company: HelloFresh Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:37:37 Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Jira, Kanban, Scrum About the job Experience: •4 or more years of configuration and administration experience and advanced subject matter expertise with Workday Time Tracking and Absence (mandatory) , Benefits and Payroll (US). •Solid understanding of US Payroll, GL, regulations/rules. •Comprehensive expertise in the time calculations configuration, time calculation tags, shift differentials and attendance points, eligibility rules, etc, all related configuration and downstream impacts to payroll and other systems •Hands on knowledge supporting Workday configuration including (but not limited to) – BPs, notifications, condition rules, custom reports, EIBs, Security, etc •Applied hands-on capability in rolling out bi-annual Workday releases Required Skills: •Lead Workday technical implementation and enhancement activities for various modules including Time Tracking and Absence (strong hands on configuration experience is mandatory), Benefits (US) , Payroll (US), and interdependencies between the modules, and serve as system administrator. •Interface directly with HR Technology peers, Field HR and Shared Services teams, and Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure optimal utilization of Workday including configurations, business processes, data management, security architecture, and reporting •Partner with 3rd party technical consultants, IT and cross functional partners to configure systems •Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and defects with exceptional customer service. •Actively participate in design, planning, implementation and support of business process configuration, security, and administration. •Continuously increases knowledge in HR technology by understanding system capabilities, staying informed on product capabilities and trends, and interacting with the Workday community Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Information Systems and Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Compensation: •$101,430 - $117,300 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
