Required Skills: •Fabletics is looking for a People Team Business Partner •Champion of fostering a great place to work with a passionate, relationship, brand-focused culture •Understand the pulse of the larger organization at all levels and, partnering with the Lead BP, utilize this perspective to contribute to People Team strategies, communications and own collaboration with designated cohort in creating mutually beneficial solutions that foster a fully engaged organization •Provide client-facing support to employees on questions about career management, People Team programs, concerns at the team or management level, personal situations that arise and need People Team guidance •Maintain accurate and timely employee files, execute employee movement processes and administration including onboarding, off-boarding, Transfers, New Hire Orientation, IT partnership, Worker’s Compensation and Leaves of Absence accurately and ensuring compliance with all current employment law. •Be a key partner to designated cohort for all employee relations obstacles, performance management, and investigations to resolve promptly to enhance job satisfaction; proactively aligning with the Lead BP on risk management and resolution strategies •In conjunction with the Lead BP and PT COE’s ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies •Conduct Manager and Employee trainings such as Performance Reviews, new hire orientations, benefits, policy and system updates as need and in partnership with the broader BP and TDS functions Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to understand the desired culture and align our work to reinforce & develop upon that culture •In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures •Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws •Exceptional interpersonal skill, able to communicate authentically and consult effectively •Proven cross-functional collaboration skills & project management •Strategic thinker, with high focus on financial responsibility •Meticulous attention to detail, well organized •Able to move through ambiguity and create structure where needed •Analytical, quantitative and Excel capability •Independent thinker, direct communicator, willing to speak your mind Compensation: •$85,000 - $95,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
