Over time, the role is expected to broaden expertise across additional Workday modules over time. •Own the configuration, testing, and optimisation of assigned Workday modules (2–3 SKUs, including areas such as Reward, Time & Absence and Talent Management). •Build and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and configurations within their specialist areas. •Deliver system changes using structured release management and testing approaches. •Support tenant and release management activities including testing cycles, validation, and defect resolution. •Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and adherence to governance and security standards.
