Hiring: People Services Advisor Company: Cardone Ventures Location: Scottsdale, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:23:56 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Experience: •3-5 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Advisory, or Account Management. •Medical, dental, and vision (employee + dependents) •401(k) with up to 3% company match •Parental leave: 8 weeks fully paid (primary caregiver) / 4 weeks fully paid (secondary) + 1 month remote for both Required Skills: •Clients consistently trust you as a strategic partner for both talent acquisition and HR advisory support. •You successfully manage a portfolio of Recruitment Services and HR Services clients with high responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability. •You help business owners make strategic hiring and people decisions that support revenue growth, operational scale, and employee retention. •Build and maintain trusted relationships with People Services clients and their leadership teams. •Serve as the primary point of contact for both Recruitment Services and HR Services engagements. •Coach clients on strategic hiring practices, organizational structure, onboarding, employee performance, and workforce planning. •Guide business owners and leadership teams on HR best practices, people processes, and scalable workforce strategies. •Partner with Recruiters to execute full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing strategy, interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer management. Qualifications: •Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer •Demonstrated capacity to speak on the phone with clients •Must be on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office; this is not a remote role •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
