As our business grows, our leaders need exceptional partners who help them build stronger organizations, make harder decisions faster, and continuously raise the talent bar. •As a Senior People Partner, your job is to make the business better through people. You'll partner directly with leaders across Ops teams to build stronger teams, coach exceptional managers, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure Zipline continues attracting and developing extraordinary talent. •This isn't a traditional HR role. You'll help leaders strengthen their organizations, make difficult people decisions, improve management quality, and solve the challenges that come with rapid growth. •Guide talent decisions. Partner with leaders on hiring, performance, and promotion decisions that directly strengthen their teams. •Coach managers. Work directly with managers on performance feedback, employee development, difficult conversations, and supporting their teams through organizational change. •Support learning & development. Help leaders identify capability gaps in their teams and connect managers and employees with development opportunities that build skills as the business scales. •Support employee relations. Handle sensitive employee concerns with discretion and professionalism, partnering with Legal and senior People Partners on next steps. •Connect the People org. Work closely with People Operations and Recruiting to keep the employee experience consistent and improving across the lifecycle. Qualifications: •A practical, solutions-oriented approach to solving organizational and people challenges. •Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex people situations with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion. •Demonstrated capacity to build trust quickly while providing candid, thoughtful guidance to managers at all levels. •Confidence coaching managers through performance management, employee development, and difficult conversations. •Curiosity, low ego, and a desire to continuously learn, improve, and adapt as the business evolves. •A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to help solve problems wherever they're needed.
