Required Skills: •This position is both a high-level strategic HR force and a boots-on-the-ground operational partner to our Operations leaders, focused on our Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Engineering teams in Form Factory 1 in West Virginia. •This role will require working onsite from our Weirton, WV location at least 4 days per week. •Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner and coach to senior leadership, including our VP+ Manufacturing and Operations leaders. Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth and the future phases of the business. •Execution and Problem Solving: Identify issues, challenge assumptions, and proactively run problems to ground as they arise. Operate autonomously, with an execution mindset, and maximize your accountability for getting the on-the-ground work done. •Organizational Transformation: Lead and drive key organizational transformations, including integrating new teams, optimizing reporting structures, and ensuring the People strategy aligns with business goals. •Talent Programs: Drive existing talent strategies and programs, such as performance management, career pathing, and succession planning. Partner with HR leadership to identify new program needs. •Site and Culture Leadership: Function as a visible and trusted site HR leader for the West Virginia workforce, driving alignment amongst teams. Partner with the Employee Experience Specialist and Engagement team to drive action on employee engagement in the West Virginia office. •Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, WV state and local employment laws. Partner with EHS on safety culture and incident response. Qualifications: •A builder’s mentality: experience building, scaling, and growing HR infrastructure - not just sustaining it. •Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformations and managing large-scale change initiatives. •Deep experience working with hourly production workforces across multiple shifts. •Strong business acumen and the ability to connect People strategy to business outcomes with best-in-class HR practices for manufacturing environments. •Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with both senior leaders and the broader workforce. •Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. •Deep knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, policy best practices, and compliance obligations. •A builder's mindset, with the ability to create new programs and processes from scratch. •This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
