Required Skills: •MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT OCHIN •OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation and a trusted partner to a growing national provider network, delivering the clinical insights and tailored technologies needed to expand patient access, strengthen care teams, and improve the health of rural and medically underserved communities. •Serves as a strategic People & Culture partner, developing a deep understanding of business priorities and workforce dynamics to align people strategies, programs, and solutions with organizational objectives. •Provides leaders with forward looking insights, workforce analysis, and strategic guidance to support decision making, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and business performance. •Partners with leaders to anticipate and address workforce challenges, including organizational design, change management, employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and team effectiveness. •Acts as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, workplace concerns, leadership effectiveness, and culture, balancing business outcomes with employee experience and risk mitigation. •Leads and supports strategic initiatives and business critical projects, ensuring people and culture considerations are integrated into planning, implementation, and outcomes. •Uses workforce data, trends, and organizational insights to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging needs, recommending proactive solutions that strengthen engagement, retention, inclusion, and organizational capability. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. •Minimum of 2 years of experience working in multiple People and Culture disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective laws preferred. •Professional People and Culture Certification (SHRM/HRCI) preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. •Demonstrated capacity to collect and analyze data, draw reliable conclusions, and recommend operational improvements. •Demonstrated capacity to self-manage and work independently, as well as in a team environment. •Strong verbal and written communication skills that support collaboration and build trust. •Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to guide leaders through complex situations. •Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations, and teaching. Occasional decision making and independent judgment or action. •Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
