This is a hands-on operational role at the intersection of People Operations, project coordination, and team operations. •Actively facilitate and support planning and execution of key People Operations initiatives by coordinating timelines, meetings, deliverables, and stakeholder input •Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates in Asana so priorities, responsibilities, and next steps remain clear. •Follow up on action items, flag potential delays or dependencies, and help ensure work continues moving forward. •Create and maintain practical documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, decision logs, process documents, and status reports. •Conduct research, benchmarking, and other project support as needed. •Keep the Team Organized and Connected •Coordinate the operating rhythm of the People Operations team, including leadership meetings, team meetings, quarterly planning sessions, offsites, and recurring business reviews. Qualifications: •5 + years of experience working in People Operations, Human Resources, business operations, program coordination, or a related field. •Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details at the same time. •A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to take ownership of the work required to keep a team running smoothly. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to organize information and create clear, polished materials. •Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. •Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook. •A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted working relationships across teams. •Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action. •Operational familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.
