In this role, you will coordinate workflows, enter and maintain accurate data, and support effective execution of core processes spanning onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility. •Also partner cross-functionally to manage compliance-driven initiatives, keeping critical work moving forward across the organization. Beyond execution, you will play an active role in identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows, helping build the scalable infrastructure that supports Fabletics as we grow. •Partner cross-functionally to evaluate, document, and optimize People Operations workflows, ensuring employee lifecycle processes are efficient, scalable, and consistently executed. •Project manage compliance-driven initiatives, such as new regulatory requirements and other changes, ensuring timely execution and clear communication across the organization. •Actively facilitate and support rollout of new People Ops processes as the function scales, including documentation, communications, and change management. •Triage, route, and resolve requests across a broad range of topics: Workday navigation, tier 0-1 HRIS requests, onboarding logistics, and general lifecycle questions.
