This role reports into the Vice President, Global People Business Partnerships. •Act as a trusted People Partner for leaders and employees, providing practical, timely guidance on HR related matters while driving people initiatives that align with HR enterprise practices and standards. •Partner cross-functionally with centralized and cross-functional HR CoE teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Employee Relations, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of people solutions. •Serve as the People Business Partner to senior leaders across your assigned client group, aligning people strategies with business objectives and long-term organizational priorities. •In partnership with the VP, Global People Business Partnerships you will work with business leaders to implement talent strategies, organizational design recommendations, workforce planning, and leadership initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness. •Provide executive coaching and strategic guidance to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational change, and employee relations. •Partner closely with the VP, Global People Business Partnerships to lead complex organizational initiatives, including restructures, operating model design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and change management efforts. •Utilize qualitative and quantitative people data to identify organizational trends, inform workforce decisions, evaluate organizational effectiveness, and influence business strategy.
