Qualifications: •HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR operational functions (e.g., onboarding, investigations, LOA, discipline, performance). •Manufacturing/Plant Acumen: Familiarity with the day-to-day challenges and dynamics of a high-volume production or warehouse environment. •Language Skills: Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages. •Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain policies clearly and diplomatically. •Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex situations and propose effective solutions. •Influence & Coaching: Ability to coach supervisors and frontline leaders with tact and assertiveness, gaining buy-in for best practices. •Conflict Resolution: Skilled at mediating and resolving disputes while maintaining a fair, balanced approach. •Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple departments and shifts. •System Proficiency: Comfortable using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); Kronos or similar timekeeping systems a plus. •Confidentiality & Integrity: Exercises a high level of discretion in handling sensitive employee and business information.
