Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to meet attendance requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate a history of safe work practices. •General knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations relating to a distribution center. •First Aid, CPR, and AED training certified. •Effectively works independently and with minimal direction. •Proficient with MS Office platform (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). •Demonstrated capacity to hold team and all levels of management accountable to safety standards. •Lead and facilitate trainings for new associates or tenured team members. •Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include working off-shifts, required holidays, some weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime. •Demonstrated capacity to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and train others in this practice.
