Link is quality and compliance-focused, under our guiding philosophy, “Mission First, Customer Always". •We are certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 27001:2022; CMMC Level 2 certified; and appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services and Development. •Link Solutions is seeking a PC Support Technician to join our Fort Leavenworth, KS. •US Citizen with an active DoW Secret Clearance •IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher •Provide help desk and desktop support services, diagnose technical issues, and implement resolutions or temporary workarounds when immediate resolution is not possible. •Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and relocate desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripheral devices, and related hardware and software. Qualifications: •U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret Clearance. •IAT Level II certification or higher in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 requirements (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, or equivalent). •Two (2+) years of experience as a PC Support Technician, Help Desk Specialist, Desktop Support Technician, or in a related IT support role. •Knowledge of Windows workstation administration and support. •Current certification in one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Server 2016/2019, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator. •Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. •Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. •Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. •Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
