Qualifications: •Associate’s degree and one to three years of applicable experience. •Must be detail oriented, organized and a self-starter. •Strong interpersonal and customer service skills •CompTIA A+ and/or related certifications preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to sit for extended periods of time. •A valid NYS Driver’s License •Demonstrated capacity to drive to offices and travel to remote locations for support if needed. •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to simplify technical language into easy-to-understand phrasing. •Patience and empathy when helping users.
