Required Skills: •The Payroll Manager will own the end-to-end payroll lifecycle across G42 Americas, ensuring employees are paid accurately, compliantly and on time as the organization scales across North America and Europe. •The successful candidate will bring deep US payroll expertise, hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS and Payroll, and practical knowledge of complex multi-country payroll operations. •Partner with Human Capital, Finance, Legal and external payroll providers to strengthen controls, resolve issues, improve employee experience and build payroll processes that can support rapid growth. •Manage end-to-end payroll processing across the United States, Canada, France and Ireland. •Oversee employee payments, taxation, benefits deductions, bonuses, equity-related payroll activities and off-cycle payments. •Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery and prompt resolution of employee payroll queries and issues. •Own payroll accuracy, reconciliations, controls, governance and compliance with local statutory requirements. •Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial and international payroll regulations and reporting obligations. Qualifications: •Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or comparable payroll certification. •Exposure to a rapidly scaling or publicly traded organization. •You combine deep payroll expertise with a relentless focus on accuracy, compliance and employee experience. •You are hands-on with systems, reconciliations and issue resolution and can also build scalable governance. •You anticipate risk, strengthen controls and communicate payroll matters clearly to senior stakeholders. •You improve processes without compromising reliability or regulatory compliance. •You thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and take personal ownership of outcomes. •G42 Americas is a company for builders.
