Qualifications: •Extensive technical knowledge of the State of California payroll and benefit process. •Strong interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills. •The ability to listen, observe and draw accurate conclusions. •Flexibility and a willingness to learn from staff and management at all levels. •Skill in delegating and tracking workload deliverables, and in giving and receiving constructive feedback. •Leadership ability, including recognizing, supporting and encouraging opportunities for collaboration and problem solving across the Human Resources Division. •Describe jobs you have held that were analytical and/or technical focused.
