Hiring: Payroll Analyst Company: RK Infotech LLC Location: Tampa, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 12:28:16 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, SAP, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Assist with weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll processing for employees while ensuring accuracy and timely completion. •Timesheets, attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and payroll adjustments before payroll processing. •Payroll data validation and reconciliation to identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect transactions. •Maintain employee payroll information, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, direct deposits, and tax-related updates •Functions such as PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic formulas to analyze and reconcile payroll data. •Support payroll processing using systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM •Payroll taxes, benefits deductions, garnishments, and other employee deductions •Support month-end and year-end payroll reconciliation and preparation of payroll reports.
