Hiring: Payroll Analyst Company: TSMC Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:26:05 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Phoenix About the job Required Skills: •Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll transactions including salaries, shift premiums, benefits, garnishments, taxes, deductions, G/L entries, tax position changes, and adjustments. •Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, pay class, time zone, and rate changes. •Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. •Perform analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. •Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. •Perform other duties as assigned. •: - Knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). •Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to accuracy. Qualifications: •: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
