This role will support payroll operations for a large, multi-state employee population (2,000 employees, scaling to ~3,500 with upcoming integration efforts). •This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment •, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable navigating change as we continue to build and scale our payroll operations. •You’ll play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors. •Process end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance •Manage payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple states •Utilize ADP GlobalView (SAP- SuccessFactors) for payroll processing and ADP Workforce Manager for timekeeping Qualifications: •Applied hands-on capability in ADP (GlobalView SAP - SuccessFactors must have) and ADP Workforce Manager Time solution. •In-depth knowledge of payroll tax regulations, filings, and compliance •Proven ability to ensure payroll accuracy at scale •Advanced Excel and strong technical skills •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment •Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field •Exposure to system integrations or payroll transitions •Hybrid schedule (3 days on site per week) in any of our locations Las Vegas, Reno, Chicago, or Austin •You’ll be joining a high-performing, growing payroll team supporting a large employee base, with exciting changes ahead as systems and organizations integrate.
