Required Skills: •Build your Payroll Career in Construction •Process full-cycle weekly payroll, from time-entry review and payroll staging through balancing and post-payroll activities. •Review payroll inputs and outputs for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and complete corrections promptly. •Prepare payments and adjustments for travel expenses, paid time off, shortages, and other payroll items. •Respond to employee and stakeholder questions with accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow-through. •Maintain payroll records, reports, data imports and exports, deduction overrides, and audit-ready documentation. •Prepare and submit certified payroll reports and support documentation according to contract requirements. •Support federal and state payroll tax activities, including Forms 940 and 941, unemployment reporting, and federal tax deposits.
