Required Skills: •Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies. This role manages and maintains the ADP payroll system, including integration with key platforms such as Workday. •The position requires expertise in U.S. multi-state payroll tax management, including state tax account setup, compliance, filings, and reconciliations. In addition, the Payroll Administrator supports payroll-related accounting activities, prepares reports, support payroll related audits and respond and resolves any state tax related inquiries. •The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to manage complex payroll environments while ensuring accuracy and compliance. •Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •Administers multi-state, multi-site payroll operations for multiple legal entities using ADP Workforce and ensuring accurate and timely processing of biweekly payrolls in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. •Reviews, validates, and processes payroll deductions, including wage levies, garnishments, child support orders, 401(k) contributions, and employee benefit premiums. •Prepares, analyzes, and distributes payroll reports for management and business stakeholders utilizing ADP Workforce custom reporting and advanced Excel functions. •Manages quarter-end and year-end payroll activities, including the review and reconciliation of W-2s and associated tax filings prepared by ADP, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required forms and tax payments.
