Required Skills: •Fraud Prevention & Security: Monitor real-time credit card transaction flows to detect fraudulent activity, card testing, and account takeovers. Assist in maintaining basic cybersecurity protocols and compliance across payment touchpoints •Dispute & Chargeback Management: Oversee end-to-end chargeback disputes, build evidence packages for representments, and maintain chargeback and fraud ratios below payment network thresholds •AR & Payment Reconciliation: Perform credit card settlement reconciliations, investigate payment declines/chargebacks, analyze DSO, and track outstanding receivables •BI & Data Analytics: Design and maintain BI dashboards to report on key metrics—such as authorization approval rates, fraud loss rates, dispute win rates, and processor fee trends—to Finance leadership •Process Optimization: Collaborate with Customer Support to handle escalations and coordinate with IT as needed.
