Sonova Required Skills: •Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude •Place outbound calls to current and former patients for the purpose of scheduling follow-up hearing tests and consultations and weekly evaluations for the clinic •Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes •Complete benefit checks and authorization for each patients’ insurance •Provide first level support to patients, answer questions, check patients in/out, and collect and process payments •Process repairs under the direct supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional •Prepare bank deposits and submit daily reports to finance •General sales knowledge for accessories and any patient support Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent •Associates degree, preferred •Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus •Professional verbal and written communication •Strong relationship building skills with patients, physicians, clinical staff Compensation: •401K with a Company Match Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
