Also perform cycle counts on inventory. •Order Fulfillment: Process parts orders and returns, pick and pack items, make hydraulic hoses, and deliver parts to customers and parts-drop locations as needed. •Customer Interaction: Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service. Qualifications: •Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record will be required, along with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card if one is not currently possessed. •Knowledge: Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus! •Customer Focus: A positive attitude and high motivation to provide outstanding service. •Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with database environments. •Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs.
