Hiring: Parts Specialist (CGF) Company: Flexjet Location: Cleveland, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:46:00 About the job Required Skills: •Perform data entry into the computer inventory systems to include locating, issuing, receiving, and shipping of materials. •Perform inventory audits, inspections, and reconciliations of materials based on direction from leadership. •Monitor and update stock items, minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinates stock level adjustments with Aircraft Maintenance, Purchasing, and/or other departments within the Company. •Ensure proper documentation is received by aircraft maintenance department when returning unserviceable parts removed from aircraft. •Effectively communicate with suppliers when unserviceable parts need to be returned as part of the purchase order agreement. •Lead and oversee adhering to all applicable laws, regulations and Company policies, procedures, and risk controls. •Pass and maintain rating to be able to drive forklifts. •Demonstrated capacity to work flexible shifts and/or work variable hours including holiday and weekends.
