Required Skills: •Lead and manage a General Liability practice unit within the New York Division, overseeing caseload distribution, team performance, and client service delivery. •Handle complex General Liability matters—including Labor Law and construction defect—from inception through resolution, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. •Develop and execute case strategies while maintaining and growing a book of business. •Partner cross-functionally with the Chair of General Liability and other Unit Leads to align practice group goals with broader firm strategy. •Partner with the firm's in-house Business Development and Marketing team to service existing clients and pursue new business opportunities. •Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture consistent with the firm's values. Qualifications: •Must be licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing with the New York State Bar. •Established or developing book of business with the drive to expand client relationships in the New York market. •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage and mentor a growing team. •Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of high performance in a fast-paced litigation environment.
