Required Skills: •Build a strong working knowledge of BambooHR's partnership programs, partner personas, tools, and workflows while supporting day-to-day program administration. •Maintain accurate partner-facing documentation, internal resources, user guides, and program materials. •Assist with configuring, testing, and troubleshooting partner-facing tools and platforms, resolving routine issues and escalating more complex concerns appropriately. •Actively facilitate and support mapping and documentation of partner journeys and internal workflows, helping identify friction points and opportunities to improve the partner experience. •Coordinate routine updates, meetings, timelines, dependencies, and action items across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. •Compile, organize, and report on program data and KPIs, including partner adoption, tool utilization, and satisfaction. •Support recurring reporting processes and help ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely visibility into program performance. •Draft and distribute internal and partner-facing communications regarding program, tool, and workflow updates under the direction of senior program leadership.
