Experience in payment operations is a plus Required Skills: •Taptap Send is rapidly growing, and the scope and complexity of this role will too. •Lead performance improvement and monitoring in our payment corridors in the region, including in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala and beyond. Identify & track the metrics that matter. •Foster strong working relationships with payout partners across markets. Collaborate with partners on troubleshooting issues and potential performance improvements •Reduce our technical outages over time by tracking why they happen & working across teams to remove the issues at the root •Build robust systems, governance tools, analytical dashboards and playbooks to streamline internal and payout partner operations and reporting •Working cross-functionally with highly technical and specialized product/engineering colleagues across the organization to build scalable systems •Partner cross-functionally with growth, engineering, product, business development, and support teams to prepare for new market and payout partner launches •Taptap Send is a 24/7 business & we do anticipate infrequent night/weekend work resolving critical issues. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to independently lead projects, identify operational problems & deliver solutions cross-functionally.
