Coordinate this with the priorities of the North American Talent group. •Provide leadership for the continued evolution, positioning, and operational execution of both the mid-market rewards and enterprise rewards solutions, ensuring each offering is clearly differentiated, scalable, and connected to broader client needs. •Monitor market trends, client demand, competitive dynamics, and emerging workforce challenges to find opportunities for innovation, expansion, and investment across compensation, total rewards, organizational change, and talent consulting solutions. •Drive disciplined business management, operational excellence, and performance accountability across the practice, including active collaboration with the Head of Rewards & Workforce Analytics, NA Talent Solutions on shared growth priorities, integrated offerings, and cross-practice execution. •Business Development & Market Leadership •Act as the senior market leader for Rewards in North America, driving the growth of existing client relationships and originating new opportunities with large multinational organizations, middle-market companies, and other priority client segments.
