Location: Greater Cleveland Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:57:14 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •1-3 years of experience as a paralegal •3 years of experience as a paralegal •1+ year demonstrated experience in litigation Required Skills: •Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions and legal articles to better understand how to respond to subpoenas served upon any entity in the AmTrust group of companies. •Collect, reviewed, redact, categorize (e-tag) and produce documents using AmTrust’s in-house e-discovery platform in response to subpoenas or in connection with other legal matters. •Communicate with clients, witnesses, adversaries, and team members in connection with the e-discovery needs of AmTrust. •Interact with people at all levels of the company as a member of the litigation department. •Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented setting. •Handle confidential information in a discreet manner. •Manage and prioritize completing deadlines. •Maintain data integrity in computer platform.
