Required Skills: •Review daily statements of accounts to identify delinquent firms and prepare matters for arbitration. •Prepare, review, and proofread pre-arbitration and post-arbitration legal documents. •Draft legal correspondence and assist with the preparation of arbitration and litigation documents. •Conduct legal and non-legal research to support ongoing cases. •Analyze liability of delinquent firms and gather supporting documentation. •Prepare complaints involving personal actions for House Counsel review and assist with subsequent litigation. •Prepare and file bankruptcy claims and monitor the status of distributions. •Attend arbitration hearings and assist with case preparation.
