Required Skills: •Manage IG Annual Review process for all departments within the Company. •Assist with the preparation and posting of materials for the Company’s Board of Directors (“BOD”) and its and Committees. •Assist with coordinating logistics of key BOD processes and execution and filing of key documents, including minutes and consents. •Assist with litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters including document preparation and drafting related to discovery, collection of documents and electronic document review and analysis. •Actively facilitate and support organization, maintenance, and dissolution of Company’s U.S. subsidiaries. •Maintain corporate records for the Company’s global subsidiaries, including maintenance of entity management databases in Company’s entity management databases. •Support internal audits of the Information Governance program and assist with remediation efforts. •Assist with implementation and maintenance of the broader Information Governance program. Qualifications: •Proof of authorization to work in the United States. •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Bachelor's degree in related area preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy. •Demonstrated experience resolving routine legal issues, under the direction of an attorney. •Proficiency in researching and analyzing law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, etc. •Familiar with a variety of legal concepts, practices, and procedures. •Must also possess strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. •Possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications. •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
