Required Skills: •Develop architectural drawings from schematic design through design development and construction documents. •Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, permit sets, and construction sets. •Translate sketches, markups, design concepts, and client feedback into clear architectural documentation. •Assist with programming, space planning, site studies, and schematic design options. •Coordinate drawings with structural, civil, mechanical, landscape, lighting, and other consultants. •Support zoning, permitting, historic review, and other regulatory submissions. •Participate in client meetings, site visits, contractor meetings, and internal design reviews. •Help track decisions, open questions, revisions, deadlines, and coordination items across active projects.
