Required Skills: •Paddock Building & Facilities Management •Take day-to-day ownership of the condition, functionality, cleanliness, and presentation of the Paddock building and associated operational areas. •Conduct regular inspections of the building and facilities to identify maintenance requirements, defects, damage, and potential operational issues. •Coordinate routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance activities. •Maintain a comprehensive schedule of building maintenance and inspection requirements. •Ensure building services and infrastructure remain operational and fit for purpose. •Coordinate repairs and ensure identified defects are addressed in a timely manner. •Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, warranties, and building assets. Qualifications: •Strong practical knowledge of building maintenance, preventative maintenance, and facility operations. •Understanding of workplace health and safety, fire safety, contractor safety, and facility compliance requirements. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. •Excellent attention to detail and high standards for facility presentation and operational readiness. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and senior stakeholders. •Motorsport or Formula 1 experience is desirable but not required. •Demonstrated capacity to work extended hours, weekends, evenings, holidays, and outdoors as required, particularly during event build and the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix.
