Huber Corporation Location: Quincy, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 15:04:03 About the job Required Skills: •Lead and oversee maintaining compliance with the Mandatory Minimum Standards Required, within his/her sphere of influence. This may or may not include compliance with any air permits, wastewater permits, storm water permits, or other rules as presented to the employee as requirements. •Operates, monitors bulk sack/bag systems, and keeps sack/bag weights are in spec. Manual stacking may be needed occasionally to fix a damaged or poorly stacked pallet. •Follows FSMA guidelines in the daily production of product. •Keeps palletizer supplied with pallets, dividers, and other needed supplies. •Warehouses finished product making sure they are put away in designated rows. •Inspects trucks and loads them following the plant procedures. •Fills out paperwork such as work orders, sample tags, forklift inspection reports, etc. •Stencils product with customer information, lot numbers and material identification, repalletizes product, dumps nonconforming product. Qualifications: •Works in all inside and outside areas of the plant and is exposed to heat, cold, inclement weather, noise, vibrations, grease, oil, crushed and ground limestone spillage and somewhat dirty conditions. •Requires ability to climb stationary ladders up to at least 60’. •Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds. •Must be able to move 50 pounds occasionally. •Must be able to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and crawl. •Must be able to work in a dusty environment where temperatures vary from extremely hot to cold, work in humidity and around various chemicals. •Frequently requires clean up of limestone spillage which includes sweeping and shoveling material. •High School Diploma Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package •In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
