Hiring: Packaging Operator- Nights Company: fairlife Location: Coopersville, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 11:13:44 About the job Required Skills: •Follow all safety, working, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules. •Reports to and follows the directions of the Production Supervisors. •Demonstrated capacity to safely operate moving equipment and make the appropriate adjustments to the process and equipment to manufacture a correctly, defect free, packaged case and labeled bottle. •Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity to specifications and standard operating procedures. •Inspect formed cases, shrink wrapped cases, labeled bottles, and bottles placed in carriers, verifying and adjusting the process and equipment to meet finished goods specifications. •Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor. •Supply packaging equipment with materials such as corrugate, shrink film, labels, carriers, stretch wrap and slip sheets. •Proactively monitor the production line, packers, conveyors, labelers and watches for problems such as pile-ups or jams.
