Hiring: Packaging Engineer Company: Cooler Master USA Location: Katy, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:57:35 Target Skills & Keywords : AutoCAD About the job Experience: •2 years of experience in packaging structure design (paper-based packaging experience preferred) •Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging structure design (paper-based packaging experience preferred) Required Skills: •We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to develop and optimize product packaging solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring product protection, reliability, and cost efficiency. This role involves packaging design, validation, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support new product development and production. •This position also requires international travel to support packaging development and manufacturing at our overseas facilities. •Perform initial packaging design evaluation, cost analysis, and container loading optimization •Design packaging solutions based on customer requirements and create 2D/3D drawings •Conduct packaging trials, sample builds, and validation testing •Support pilot production and analyze/resolve issues related to new packaging materials and designs •Perform packaging reliability testing and verification •Optimize existing packaging solutions to improve performance and reduce cost Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field •Proficient in Creo, AutoCAD, or similar design software •Basic knowledge of packaging testing methods and standards •Familiar with new product introduction (NPI) processes •Understanding of various packaging materials and manufacturing processes •Fluent in Mandarin and English is must Compensation: •11 paid corporate holidays + 5 bonus holidays Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
