Qualifications: •BS in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering or equivalent •Minimum 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment •Packaging design to consider validation requirements such as shaker testing and / or Rust prevention, etc. •Strong experience with corrugated box and structural packaging design •Demonstrated capacity to facilitate and solve problems based on validation testing •Must be able to design and / or have input to packaging designs.
