Required Skills: •Lead and oversee overall relationship with key suppliers of materials, technology and manufacturing resources. •Coordinates activities and leverages best practices across multiple projects and suppliers. •Provides leadership to resolve critical issues impacting packaging operations in collaboration with Contract Manufacturers, Manufacturing Operations and Technical Services, and Quality •Collaborates with multiple stakeholders including Manufacturing Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing to meet project timelines and objectives. •Liaises with Regulatory Affairs and Quality to provide packaging documentation supporting process validation, product release and regulatory filings. •Evaluates process performance to lead continuous improvement activities and apply best practices for commercial products. •Assists in the creation of department goals. •Advanced knowledge of cGMP's and associated CMC regulatory considerations in a pharmaceutical environment. Qualifications: •Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with high degree of effectiveness. •Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Chemical, Mechanical, Material Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
