Hiring: Overnight Security Officer Company: Silo Ridge Field Club Location: Amenia, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:54:27 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Maintain a safe and secure residential and working environment for all members, guests and employees by identifying, treating, and reducing threats and workplace risks. •Demonstrated capacity to conduct a seamless entry for all authorized individuals into property. •Prevent unauthorized access to the property and use of its facilities. •Providing a medical response capability to members, guests and employees while on club property. •Investigate and respond to any significant incident or accidents as directed by the Supervisor, Director, or Management. •Providing emergency management advice in the event of a natural disaster event. •Adhere to all company service and operating standards. •Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Qualifications: •Prior experience in Security, Law enforcement, Military, or Customer Service •Valid New York Driver’s License. •High school diploma, GED, or higher education. •Must possess, or have the ability to obtain a State of New York Guard Card •Must be able to work and stand inside/outside during all weather conditions. •Must possess or have the ability to obtain certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid. •Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, along with a working knowledge of basic computer functions and programs •Have the ability to work calmly and efficiently in high duress situations. •Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands. •Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
