Hiring: Outside Sales Representative - Equipment Rentals Company: PRC Resources Location: San Antonio, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 15:57:05 About the job Required Skills: •Develop new equipment rental business throughout San Antonio and the surrounding markets. •Build relationships with oilfield service companies, general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, superintendents, and purchasing contacts. •Identify upcoming oilfield, construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. •Conduct regular field, jobsite, and customer-office visits. •Prepare quotes, negotiate rental terms, and follow opportunities through closing. •Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. •Grow existing accounts while consistently developing new customers. •Track sales activity, opportunities, forecasts, and customer information. Qualifications: •Previous outside sales or business development experience in equipment rentals, oilfield services, construction, or a related industry. •Established relationships in the San Antonio market strongly preferred. •Understanding of rental equipment and field or jobsite operations. •Proven ability to prospect, develop accounts, and generate revenue. •Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. •Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based position. •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
