Required Skills: •Achieve monthly sales and performance goals as outlined by management. •Provide exceptional quality and service with every interaction. Successfully pass identified QA metrics designed specifically for the Patriot Mobile sales team. •Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, including Schedule Adherence (see below) •Present information to prospects/members in a clear, concise, and professional manner. •Value every call and lead; treat members with empathy and care. •Respond to outbound lead follow-up promptly on assigned leads and consistently follow up with pipeline opportunities, while providing potential members with the information needed to confidently close the sale. •Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and determine the device/plan that best meets members' needs. •Ensure all CRM requirements are adhered to and completed, including, but not limited to, member account information, leads, orders, upgrades, deals, and tasks.
