May coordinate and collaborate with several teams directly or their managers to re-engineer processes. •Embrace the EGX concepts to teach and lead training and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications: •2 – 4 years’ related experience. •General knowledge of distribution and materials handling. •Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities. •High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree is desirable.
