Required Skills: •2+ years of hands-on logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience, preferably in a CPG, food, distribution, or 3PL environment. •Receive, review, and accurately process customer purchase orders and sales orders in the ERP system. •Verify customer PO information including SKUs, quantities, pricing, ship-to address, requested delivery dates, payment terms, and shipping requirements. •Review orders for accuracy and identify discrepancies, missing information, inventory constraints, or other issues before releasing orders for fulfillment. •Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, and Production to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time. •Proven experience booking and coordinating LTL and FTL shipments, including selecting carriers, obtaining rates, scheduling pickups, and confirming delivery requirements. •In-depth knowledge of freight dimensions and weights, including the ability to accurately calculate and verify pallet count, pallet dimensions, total weight, and shipment details needed for freight quotes and BOLs. •Solid functional working knowledge of LTL freight classes, NMFC classifications, accessorial charges, and carrier requirements.
